Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions for the sale and provision of services offered by Pixagift to users ("User" or "Users") who make purchases through the website.

Service Provision:

Pixagift provides users with the ability to create and access browser games through the website. Upon making a purchase, users will receive a unique link to access their game.

Invoice:

After making a purchase, users will receive an invoice via email detailing the transaction.

Refund Policy:
  1. Full Refund within 7 Days:

    Users who are unable to utilize the service they paid for can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund request, users can contact us via email at support@pixagift.com. Upon receipt of the refund request, we will process the refund promptly.

  2. Refund within 2 Days for Dissatisfaction:

    If users are not satisfied with the service received, they can request a refund within 2 days of the purchase date. Once the refund request is received, we will promptly review the request and process the refund accordingly.

General Provisions:
  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the judical system Türkiye.
  2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, either party may seek resolution through legal means.
  3. Pixagift reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services provided under this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
  4. Users agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and any additional policies or guidelines provided by Pixagift.

By making a purchase through www.pixagift.com, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
